Graduate Recruitment

We are always keen to take on graduates who have the right blend of skills and personal qualities to make a successful career at Capula.

We have many staff (all now at various ages of maturity!) who joined us from college and who have stayed to make their careers here.

We are looking for software and hardware graduates and are particularly keen on graduates who have some experience, often gained through an 'Industrial Placement'. You also need to be flexible, adaptable, a good team player, and a hard worker willing to put in that bit extra when deadlines demand. Some of our jobs also require work at our customers' sites at times.

Typically, our graduates have degrees in Computer Science/Studies, Control/ Automation/Instrumentation Systems, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or other technical or numerate degrees that include a significant amount of coding/programming or hardware design.
