Nick Temple - Chairman
Nick was appointed chairman of Capula Ltd in April 2007. He spent the majority of his career at IBM where he became Chairman of IBM UK. Since leaving IBM Nick has held a number of Non Executive roles at companies ranging from start-ups to large publicly quoted companies. Nick is an experienced International Executive with proven ability in General Management, Sales and Marketing, Project Management and Product Management and Development.
Roger Turner - Chief Executive
Roger joined Capula in 1989 as Projects Director and became Chief Executive in 2000. He has direct experience of the gas, nuclear, electricity and utility markets. Prior to Capula, Roger was a Senior Manager with Logica EIS and British Gas Corporation.
Mike Fawcett - Chief Operating Officer and Financial Director
Mike joined Capula in November 2004 as Finance Director and was appointed Chief Operating Officer in June 2005. He is a Chartered Management Accountant and has had considerable industrial experience with BICC, ICL, Ferranti and FKI. He was a founder and Director of a high- technology start-up, Braddahead Ltd, which was successfully sold to Baxall Ltd in 2004.

Simon Coombs - Business Development Director
Simon joined Capula in 2007 as Business Development Director. He brings over 20 years experience working within the energy and utilities markets. Prior to Capula, Simon was a Senior Executive with Accenture's utilities industry practice and started his career with the UKAEA.
John Hudson - Non-executive Director
John co-led and completed the Capula transaction. He joined Dunedin in 2005 and focuses on the London and South of England markets. John specialises in the support services, media and publishing sectors and led the MBO of CET, as well as the investments into Moneybox, Focus Wickes, Medical Legal Support Services and Ennis Foods. He qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen in 1997 and has a degree in Business Administration from Bath University. Prior to Dunedin, he was a Director at Sand Aire Private Equity, which was acquired by Dunedin in 2005.

Simon Miller - Non-executive Director
Simon Miller joined Dunedin in 1994. He read Law at Cambridge and joined the corporate finance department of Lazards in 1976. He moved to County Bank in 1982, becoming a Director in 1985. Between 1987 and 1991 he was Chief Executive of Ferrum Holdings PLC, a quoted engineering company, becoming Chairman in 1991 until 1994. He holds a number of non executive directorships including Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC, Artemis Alpha Trust PLC, JP Morgan Elect plc and Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC.
