Capula appoints new Chairman

Capula is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Wilson, the former Group Managing Director of BTR Automotive, as its new Chairman.

Roger Turner, Chief Executive of Capula, commented: “Since the management buy-out three years ago, Dunedin has been a very supportive investor. The appointment of Kevin as Chairman demonstrates our combined determination to carry the business forward.

The skills he brings, together with his engineering background, will be sure to help improve business performance and drive Capula forward in what are increasingly competitive market conditions.”

Kevin spent a large part of his career within BTR where he became Group Managing Director of BTR Automotive. Since leaving BTR, Kevin has held a number of Chairman roles at companies that include Gardner Group, Accura Holdings and Sterling Hydraulics. He is also currently Chairman of Formaplex Ltd.
