Capula scored 100% for performance by National Grid

Capula are very pleased to have again achieved a performance level of 100% in our PDSA (Post Delivery Support Agreement) with National Grid.

Capula’s performance against the PDSA is calculated across a wide range of agreed Key Performance Indicators and is assessed twice annually. Capula provides cost effective service level support, which is optimised against cost for all of our substation Control & Monitoring Systems spread across more than 100 sites throughout England and Wales.

Capula’s PDSA contract was renewed again in 2009 for a period of five years and is based on NICAP-equivalent Bay Solutions (National Integrated Control and Protection) existing on the National Grid Network. This was a new approach for 2009 allowing a more flexible approach to the complexities of such a large support agreement.
