New graduate intake at Capula
17 Jul 2010
We are pleased to announce a number of new appointments through Capula's popular graduate intake programme.
Capula has always actively recruited graduates and college leavers and in recent years has run a very successful 'Open Day' programme. The Company maintains strong links with a number of educational establishments, and in particular has very close ties with Staffordshire University from which a large number of graduates have gone on to make successful careers at the Company, and also with Newcastle-under-Lyme College especially for apprentices in Electronic/Electrical Engineering.
"I was introduced to Capula at the Graduate Exhibition at my university and everything led from there," said Luke Richardson, who recently joined Capula as a Graduate Systems Engineer, having graduated from Staffordshire University with a 2:1 BSc (Hons) in Computer Science, "I'm excited to be joining such a vibrant and exciting working environment. Dealing with projects from the very start to final delivery which have real world consequences will not only help develop my technical abilities but also other skills such as project management and customer relations."
Chief Executive Roger Turner is proud of Capula's record with graduate recruitment: "When our clients choose Capula for a project, they're not just choosing our solutions, they're choosing our people as well. We offer excellent training to graduates and apprentices with clear opportunities for career development, making Capula a fine choice for applicants."
We are always interested in hearing from those who are just coming to the end or have recently completed their University or College course, and who are skilled and motivated to make a career for themselves at Capula in either software systems or hardware engineering.
For further information, please e-mail recruitment@capula.co.uk with your CV and a cover letter summarising your reasons for wanting to join Capula.
