Capula celebrate a record-breaking year
13 Apr 2007
With its headquarters in Stone, Staffordshire, Capula Ltd, a leading provider of advanced automation and real-time business intelligence to the power generation, nuclear and utility markets recently celebrated a record-breaking year by hosting an ‘End of Year Dinner and Annual Awards Ceremony' for its staff at the Moat House Hotel in Stoke-on-Trent.
As part of the celebrations the Management Team at Capula hosted an Awards Ceremony in recognition of staff who made extraordinary contribution to the business during 2006. Speaking about the event Capula's Chief Executive, Roger Turner said, “Capula enjoyed an exceptional year in 2006 and the Management Team wanted to acknowledge the vital part our staff play in the company's success.
The evening was a roaring success and the awards are something we plan to organise each year. 2006 was an eventful year for Capula, not only did we competitively win more business in the power generation market than ever before in our 36-year history, but in August we changed our equity partner. Really the purpose of the evening was to say thank you to all our staff for their continued support”.
