Graduate opportunities at Capula

We are happy to announce several new appointments through Capula's popular graduate intake programme.
Capula has always actively recruited graduates and college leavers and in recent years has run a very successful 'Open Day' programme. The Company maintains strong links with a number of educational establishments, and in particular has very close ties with Staffordshire University from which a large number of graduates have gone on to make successful careers at the Company, and also with Newcastle-under-Lyme College especially for apprentices in Electronic/Electrical Engineering.
"I knew of Capula’s excellent reputation prior to seeing a position advertised," said Zaheer Mohammed, who joined us in April as a Junior Systems Engineer, having graduated from Staffordshire University with a First Class MSc in Electrical Engineering, “What I’ve discovered since working for Capula is that everybody here plays an important role in the success of the company, and being able to see a project through from start to finish gives me a lot of job satisfaction.”
Words echoed by Josh Luckman, another Junior Systems Engineer who joined Capula recently as a Microsoft Certified IT Professional following an apprenticeship: “I’ve learnt a lot in my time here while working on developing mimics for key projects, and these skills will serve me well as I develop my career in engineering.”

We are always interested in hearing from those who are just coming to the end or have recently completed their University or College course, and who are skilled and motivated to make a career for themselves at Capula in either software systems or hardware engineering. Positions are currently available at our Staffordshire and Cumbria offices in these areas.
