Mark Hardy

Managing Director Mark joined Capula in a non-executive capacity in 2014, during which time he has helped deliver reorganisational changes and a new strategic focus. He brings with him a wealth of experience in the automation industry, having worked with UK system integration businesses including Rockwell Automation where he headed up their European Engineering, Service and Software business. Mark was appointed Managing Director in January 2016.

Paul Bayliss

Operations Director Having previously joined Capula as Commercial Director in 2015, Paul was subsequently appointed Operations Director in July 2016. Paul has full leadership responsibility for all commercial aspects across the business and ensuring effective commercial project execution. His background as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor means he has extensive experience in working with specialist contractors. Paul joined Capula from Schneider Electric where he held senior management roles.

Marcus Royle

Finance Director Marcus was appointed Finance Director and joined Capula with a wealth of experience from having held senior financial and commercial roles within SMEs. More recently Marcus was Finance Director at Capita PROjEN, where he was responsible for the financial management and control of the business and he held a strategic position on the Board of Directors. Marcus is responsible for all financial aspects at Capula, ensuring the future of the business from a strategic planning and forecasting perspective, in line with group growth expectations.

Steve Tellwright

Human Resources Director Steve was appointed HR Director for Capula in November 2015 after having supported a recent reorganisation within the business. He has experience of leading large business change projects and has a broad operational background in automotive aftermarket and service sector businesses. Before pursuing a career in HR, Steve initially held technical management roles after studying materials engineering at Loughborough University.
