This course enables users of PI Processbook and Datalink to create and view displays and manipulate data within a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.

On completion delegates will be able to:

• Open and view a ProcessBook
• Navigate ProcessBook displays
• Create a ProcessBook, entries and display files
• Create trends, bar graphs, live values, multi-state symbols etc
• Work in Microsoft Excel and use DataLink
• Retrieve compressed archive data
• Retrieve synchronized data

This is a 1 day course and costs £395 per person.

Who should attend?

Anyone who will be using the PI applications for viewing existing ProcessBook displays and creating simple trends or running elementary reports.

Prerequisites

Delegates should have experience of using Windows-based software packages and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
