This course enables users of PI-ProcessBook and DataLink to create complex displays and Microsoft Excel reports for company-wide use.

On completion delegates will be able to:

• Create and organise ProcessBook entries
• Use ProcessBook to launch displays, trends, reports etc
• Build ProcessBook displays and animated plant 'mimics'
• View historical data within Microsoft Excel using DataLink
• Retrieve tag attributes and arrays of values from the archives
• Retrieve arrays of calculated values
• Filter data
• Perform custom calculations using PI Performance Equation syntax

This is a hands-on course with practical workshop exercises.

Course duration is 2 days and costs £795 per person.

Who should attend?

Anyone who will be using the PI applications to view or create ProcessBook displays or use DataLink to extract and manipulate PI data.

Prerequisites

Delegates should have experience of using Windows-based software packages and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
