Capula invests in System Architects

Capula is a leading integrated solutions provider for automation and real time information. Key to our success is the expertise of our people and our know how. To help lead this we have recently formed a System Architects Group.

The Group, headed by two Senior Engineers, Sean Stubbs and Chris Farnell, will meet on a regular basis to ensure equal access to skills, knowledge and resources are available.

A mix of project and support engineers, with specialist experience ranging from SCADA to Real Time Business Solutions, will cover sales and implementation support, training and development. The new team will assist in the understanding of complex technical requirements, expert troubleshooting and peer reviews and more importantly lead on identification, research and development of future skills, technologies, tools and methods required to support  project teams.

Commenting on this new venture Sean Stubbs, Team Leader for the Group said: ‘by creating this new Group we can ensure that our clients and staff alike can feed off the capabilities and knowledge base we can, and will be creating, delivering the best possible practice all round'.

To help support this new function, the company has recently invested in a number of central projects including a dynamic intranet/extranet for shared knowledge management and a central file server with an enhanced Google search facility, to maintain key documentation, standards and procedures.
