PI System Training

Capula provides a range of training courses for OSIsoft PI products ranging from Introductory to Advanced System Manager and Programming courses. Working closely with PI System training experts, our training materials are continually updated and reflect the latest information on new software from OSIsoft.

Terms of business

• Classes start at 9am and finish at 5pm
• The size of the groups range from 3 to 8 and each delegate has a PC for hands-on experience
• Tuition fees include lecture notes and a training certificate. Refreshments and lunch are provided

Payment

Confirmation of your booking should be made by sending us a purchase order. The course fee must be paid prior to the start of the course.

Transferring courses

If a delegate wishes to transfer a booking to a later course within 15 working days of the original course date, there will be an administrative charge of 25% of the course fee.

Cancelling courses

• 15 business days' notice is required to cancel without charge
• If a booking is cancelled within the 15 days, the course fee must be paid in full

Cancellation of courses by Capula

Capula reserves the right to cancel a course at any time without liability if minimum attendance levels are not met. In these circumstances delegates will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
