Cubicle Hardware Design
Capula has a highly skilled central team dedicated to hardware design across all our markets. The designs allow for a generic or bespoke solution dependent upon client requirements.
Our generic designs allow for a very cost effective control solution utilising standard flexible, pre-designed modular component parts that are reuseable and can be adapted to meet particular project requirements.
On the bespoke front, we offer a full range of design capability to meet client requirements. This includes the design of PLC, SCADA, control desk and MCC hardware, in form 2 and form 4 styles, compliant with IEC60439 and IEC61439 parts 1 & 2.
We also offer the design of safety-instrumented systems to IEC61508 and IEC61511. Projects of any scale and complexity are catered for. The latest AutoCAD Electrical tools are utilised to deliver cost effective, high quality deliverables in large quantities and to tight timescales.
Hardware Production
Capula has a large in-house production facility. Our highly experienced team of wiremen and technicians consistently deliver a high quality product to specification and on time. Included in the offering is a full build, test and inspection regime including environmental testing when required. In the portfolio are PLC, SCADA cubicles, control desks, wall-mounted enclosures and MCCs.
