Capula, an Imtech company, will be exhibiting at the Energy Networks Association’s (ENA) Low Carbon Networks & Innovation Conference (LCNI) set to take place at the Scottish Event Campus, Glasgow on 30th and 31st October 2019. LCNI provides a forum for experts from across the energy sector to showcase their latest technologies and the conference programme aligns with the industry’s progression towards a secure and affordable smart grid as the sector transitions to a low carbon energy future.
The solutions provided by Capula help companies leverage their data to provide relevant insights and decision making capabilities to help address the issues around energy usage and continuity. Capula will be showcasing a range of technologies on the stand including its Network Visibility application, as well as a Cyber X solution, which ensures the highest security standards for clients’ assets.
The Network Visibility Solution has been successfully deployed to provide data visibility across our client’s operational network, unlocking significant value. It enables proactive maintenance, improves operational efficiency, provides energy savings, reduces power outages as well as identifies spare capacity within the networks to reduce the need for new connections.
Customers choose CyberX because it is the simplest, most mature, and most interoperable solution for auto-discovering their assets, prioritizing mitigation of their most critical vulnerabilities and attack vectors, and continuously monitoring their industrial control systems and IoT networks for malware, targeted attacks, and equipment malfunctions.
Also on the stand will be Capula’s Energy Monitoring Solution that has been designed to provide clients with the data they need to reduce energy consumption and achieve and maintain compliance with green buildings’ standards such as LEED v4 and ISO 50001.
Martin Payne, Transmission and Distribution Business Manager at Capula said, “We’re attending LCNI because it’s a great opportunity to talk about how we can apply the latest Capula technologies to help develop flexible power networks that support the UK’s low carbon future. Our proven innovative solutions and live projects are already making a real difference to the way networks operate.”
